Position: Share point Developer/Lead

Location: Hyderabad (Locals Required)

Exp: 6-12 yrs

MUST HAVES:

- MS Share Point Online

- SPFx with React JS,

- O365 Flows

- Angular,

- MS Flows,

- Power Automate

- Lists, Document Libraries, Webparts, PowerApps, Infopath, Graph API, .Net Framework, C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.

- Must have at least 6+ years of experience working with SharePoint and O365.

- Hands-on experience on MS SharePointOnline - SPFx, ReactJS, Angular, MS Flows, Power Automate, Lists, Document Libraries, Webparts, PowerApps, Infopath, Graph API, .Net Framework, C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.

- Knowledge on Azure, Windows and Web-related technologies and techniques, but not limited to the above-mentioned technologies.

- Experience with Agile, Sprint, and Scrum software development methodologies

- Experience with large-scale SharePoint implementations. Collaborate cross functionally to resolve complex and basic SharePoint issues.

General Description:

- Collaborate with teams to configure tools for monitoring and use them to pro-actively resolve issues.

- Work closely with IT sub teams including Database Administrators, Service Desk, Developers, and Architecture.

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with onsite/offshore development resources.

- Experience developing SharePoint SPFX Solutions, O365 Flows and PowerApps.

- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective SharePoint and .NETsolutions.

- Analyze and translate highly complex business requirements into extensible, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications, and assist in writing functional documents and technical specifications.

- Design, develop and modify existing software applications and database to support various internal and external windows/web-based systems.

- Convert business requirements into technical solutions using appropriate and applicable Microsoft SharePoint application development technologies.

- Confer with different business groups including loan servicing, treasury management, finance, retail and other operations departments to gather user requirements and document the process for future maintenance and upgrades.

- Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives.

- Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint architecture, governance, standards, and processes.

- Customer facing experience designing and building solutions from business requirements.

- Deep technical skills and capable of serving as a subject matter expert across various 365 technologies not just SharePoint.

- Deliver outstanding writing and documentation and in-depth knowledge of how technical decisions impact client requirements.

- Monitor and identify gaps in current processes and devise corrective measures to achieve quality assurance and software database security.
