Principal IT Engineer - Office 365 (5-10 yrs) (GR CONSULTANTS)

- Executing and troubleshooting SaaS application deployment procedures

- Monitoring Cloud performance and implement corrective action

- Helping other teams in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications

- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and assist in resolving them

- Continuous support - provide L2 support for Office 365 and other cloud apps

- Provision Virtual machines (VMs), compute, storage and memory resources

- Executing automated scripts to perform security checks after provisioning of virtual machines

- Create user and assign role and permission for cloud services

- Real time monitoring of cloud health and implement recommendations as advised by cloud service provider

- Troubleshooting and Failure Detection experience cloud infrastructure services to understand the cause of failure and fix the error

- Excellent knowledge on creating and implementing cloud-based solutions such as SaaS (Office 365, Intune) and PaaS. and also the best practices related to Cloud architecture
