Position : Dynamics 365 - Senior Software Engineer

Location : Gurgaon (Cyber City)

Experience : 2-5 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Implement solutions based on the Dynamics 365 Sales application, leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization.

- Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, and client SMEs.

- Draft technical requirements, and prepare detailed technical solution design based on the Dynamics 365 Sales application.

- Develop, modify, maintain and unit test programs on the Dynamics 365 Sales application.

- Review code and document the software process flows, business logic, code dependencies, etc.

- Create new web services and orchestrate multiple web services to build complex web service operations.

- Prepare deployment packages of code and instructions for builds in Development, QA, UAT, and Production Dynamics 365 environments.

- Provide application support, including participation in on-call rotation.

- Support system and UAT testing.

- Participate in knowledge transfer as required.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree from accredited university in relevant academic area (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service), and security model.

- Strong functional and technical knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Sales application.

- 2-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) developer for both cloud and on-premise deployment.

- Must have hands-on experience with .NET Framework, C#, Plug-ins, custom workflow activities, web services, JavaScript, and JavaScript Frameworks.

- Skills in XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSRS, and MVC desired.

- Experience implementing the Power Platform preferred, specifically: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps Portal, Power BI.

- Experience with SSIS/KingswaySoft and/or Scribe for performing integration and data migration between Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM) and other systems would be beneficial.

- Sound knowledge of software development processes and best practices utilizing the Microsoft technology stack. - Experience with DevOps and/or JIRA preferred.

- Ability to develop rapid prototypes and proof of concepts for client evaluation.

- Demonstrated ability to stay current with Application Architecture best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, architectural and systems engineering industry trends.

- Experience applying Agile/lean methodologies for Dynamics 365 Sales implementations.

- Experience working for a technology consulting firm or software product company is strongly preferred.
