Technical Support Engineer - Avaya/Ubuntu/CentOS (3-4 yrs) (US Tech Solutions)

- Hands on remote end user support (Win 10 / Win Server 2016-2019 / MacOS / Ubuntu / CentOS)

- MS Office apps and Office 365 eMail, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD & Teams.

- Security tools e.g. Trend Micro / Bitdefender / McAfee / Symantec / Backup Tools etc.

- VoIP Phone System like 8x8 / RingCentral / Vonage / DialPad/ Cisco / Avaya

- Understanding of ITIL / ISO documentation and reporting using Excel, Word and PPT

- Basic knowledge on Active Directory, DNS & DHCP.

- Should have good knowledge of Anti-Virus Clients, Internet proxy, patch management etc.

- Basic troubleshooting of computer/ Laptops/ Printers/ Scanners/ peripheral troubleshooting.

- Any ticketing system experience with understanding of SLA management.

- Identifying and escalating high priority, high severity issues

- Following up with end users on emails, Chat/IM and Phone.
