Must Have Skills : 

- Must have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in SharePoint

- Hands on experience in Jquery

- Hands on experience in C#

Good to have Skills :

- Must be open to work at odd hours if required

- Must be able to write technical and deployment process documentation.

Requirement : 

- At least 3 to 5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years on Enterprise level project development and 1+ year in server deployments and issues handling.

- Technically very strong (in C#, jQuery, SharePoint)

- Understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2010.

- Good experience on SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint online (365) development best practices.

- Completed at least 2 projects from scratch in SharePoint

- Previous experience building custom Web Parts.

- Previous experience building custom Workflow and timer jobs.

- Previous experience supporting application issues and enhancements.

- Previous experience using JavaScript and JQuery in SharePoint.

- HTML/HTML5.

- SharePoint site Designing, CSS, Page layouts

- Hands on Coding skills and out of the box customization

- Experience on Out of the Box features

- Research, Design and implement high level architecture in SharePoint

- Strong working knowledge of OOPS development

- Working Experience in Agile (preferably SCRUM) methodology

- Experience in working on complex enterprise applications- Web based

- Working knowledge on IIS configurations and deployments

- Accountability for and completion of every agreed upon goals for all sprints

- Must always act with utmost professionalism, maturity, and have the ability to work through disagreements in a positive manner.

- Must work well with others, both within and outside the team.

- Must keep technical knowledge up to date and actively work to apply this knowledge on project

- Must be able to perform under pressure

- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

- Must be open to work at odd hours if required

- Must be able to write technical and deployment process documentation.

Qualifications :

- Master degree in Computer Science, or equivalent preferred.

- Microsoft certifications for development in SharePoint 2010/2013 preferred.
