Customer Service/Technical Support Engineer - Windows Server/DNS (0-2 yrs) (IT)

Candidate should have knowledge and working experience on below technologies or are passionate enough to learn and deliver below then do get in touch :

- Windows Server/ Active Directory/DNS/DHCP

- Office 365/Exchange Server (Not limited to Office 365 support)

- Excellent Desktop troubleshooting skills

- Virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMWare)

- Firewall / Router / Network Security

- Windows Server Backups and Disaster Recovery

- Having experience on remote support

- Customer service/satisfaction approach

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications, operating systems, network devices (routers, firewalls etc.) and printers

- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets

- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages

- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.

- Backup/recovery of Windows Servers Deployment of Active Directory domain services across multiple sites/subnets, Administration, Migration, Group policy Objects, WSUS, etc.
