System Engineer - Technical Support - VB/VMware/PowerShell (3-6 yrs) (Enhanceplus)

Job Duties :

- Provide Call Center operations support for Systems related infrastructure

- Works with a wide range of users across different locations and time zones

- Provisioning and maintenance of systems hardware and software

- Troubleshoot system software, hardware and storage issues

- Enterprise Domain, vSphere and Exchange Infrastructure support

- Monitor system resources and performance

- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation

Job Skills :

- Bachelor's degree with a technical major or equivalent experience

- At least 3 years technical role in a complex Windows environment providing operational support, hands-on client configuration and implementation

- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to effectively deliver and work with multiple concurrent projects meeting tight deadlines

- Understanding of PCI certification

- Understanding of TCP/IP Networking Knowledge and/or experience on the following :

a) VBScript or Powershell

b) DNS, ADSS, DFS and WSUS

c) Microsoft Windows 2008 version and above

d) Unix variants specifically RedHat/CentOS

e) Microsoft Exchange servers and/or Office 365

f) VMware vSphere 5.5 version and above
