Operation Manager - Management Information System (5-8 yrs) (Consultancy)

Role and Responsibilities :

ERP & CRM :

- Master data management (customer codes, vendor codes, item codes, QR codes, Price list, admin rights)

- Database management in ERP & CRM (data insertion and data flow)

- UAT for any development

- Work with developer in fixing issues

- User Troubleshooting in ERP & CRM

- Hosting supervision and control with host company

- Office 365 admin and vendor management

- Website admin and management

- Software and hardware purchase and vendor management

- User training

- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions

MIS :

- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)

- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner

- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance

- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis

- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team

Qualifications and Education Requirements : BCA/ MCA with min 5 years- experience in same type of role

Preferred Skills :

- Understanding & working experience on ERP & CRM platform, Tableau/ Power BI, Understanding of business transaction
