British Telecom - IT Engineer - Office 365/ITIL (4-8 yrs) (British Telecom)

You'll have the following skills & experience

- Server operating system Management, Windows, Linux, Unix

- Patching/Deployment of OS server or desktop or both / Applications (SCCM, Shavlik etc.)

- Active Directory and Group Policy Management - Private / O365

- Office 365 - Infrastructure (BackOffice)/ Client Management (User Facing)

- Teams / SharePoint

- VDI / Citrix Deployments/ Citrix Server

- Automation, public and private cloud

- MS Office / Outlook / desktop apps

- AV Management (McAfee, Sophos, Trend)

- Build Management

- Desktop Application Packaging and Deployment

- Collaboration Skype For Business, Teams, SharePoint, Workspace

- Ironport

- SQL/Oracle Server Management

- Identity Management / Subscription

- Mailbox / Onedrive / Voice

- ITIL awareness

- Strong experience of technically supporting live operations in a managed services arena

- In depth knowledge of managed customer solutions
