We are looking for Windows server immediate to maximum 15 days candiate.

Job Description

Experience- 6 to 12 Yrs.

Location: BTM- Bangalore

N.P- Immediate to 15 Days

Willing to work in 24/7 Shift

Currently work from home, until situations gets in a normal condition.

Skills required :

- Experience with Windows servers in physical and virtualization environments

- Familiarity with the fundamentals of windows scripting languages

- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as DNS, IIS, MySQL, MSSQL, Active Directory, etc.

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience on Citrix/VMware and office 365

- Migration of Citrix environment to VMware ESXi 6.7

- Migrated all Windows based vCenter's to VCSA

- Migrated Azure AD Sync from existing 2008 servers to Windows 2019 servers

- Completed implementation of Windows 2019 Domain Controllers and migration of SYSVOL from FRS to DFS-R

- Implemented Jumbo Frames setup in NY, LD and HK Datacenters in VMware

- Implemented SPF and DKIM for Office365

- Setup backup for VMware VM's on Azure using SRM

- We need have good knowledge on office 365, Mailbox DB Migration, Repairing corrupted DB(s)

- Hands on experience on MS cluster, generate cluster logs to determine the cause of cluster node failures.

- Powershell script knowledge and capable of creating simple basis scripts

- Good experience in creating ADS, Group policy, Site Replication and tools used to manage Domain controller

- VMWare ESXi troubleshooting knowledge, Firmware upgrade, Vmotion, DRS configuration, update Manager.

- Ability to work in a challenging and demanding mission critical infrastructure

- Microsoft office exchange experience is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Define projects plans and setup the project organization, including the management on multiple projects and issues, simultaneously. Perform risk management including mitigations and reporting to management.

- Deploying and managing Resource groups, virtual machines, storage, Vnet, NSG, Load Balancer, webapps, Azure site Recovery and Network Gateways.

- Review client infrastructure and prepare a plan for customer onboarding.

- Prepare and implement Plan of action to meet client infrastructure to our standards.

- Have weekly calls with clients to discuss on any ongoing issues and challenges.

- Perform vulnerability assessment on all client's Infrastructure.

- Prepare recommendation to upgrade Hardware devices and windows OS

- Patching windows server through Labtech and LANDesk

- Migrate servers that qualifies for cloud migration.

- Participate in customer strategy meetings, including presenting solutions from a commercial, technical, and business perspective.

- Work with Service Desk on assignment of problems, support issues, and concerns with computer systems.

- Auto Health check of ESXi, Cluster, vSphere Tasks, events and Alarms.

- Esxi Host and SAN management on Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure design and deployment.

- Prepare Technical Documentation

- Working as Cloud Systems Administrator on Microsoft Azure, involved in configuring virtual machines, storage accounts, resource groups.

- Remote login to Virtual Machines to troubleshoot, monitor and deploy applications.

- Managing day to day activity of the cloud environment, supporting development teams with their requirements.

- Managing the ticketing system of SNOW to resolve issues on the cloud environment.

- Participate in customer strategy meetings, including presenting solutions from a commercial, technical and business perspective.

- Auto Health check of ESXi, Cluster, vSphere Tasks, events, and Alarms.

- ESXi Host and SAN management on Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure design and deployment.

- Migration of VMs from Citrix to VMware via Doubletake and VMware converter performing P2V and V2V.

- Infrastructure assessment using Warranty Master.
