Technical Support Engineer - Troubleshooting (1-2 yrs) (Global Market Insights Research Pvt Ltd.)

Knowledge, Skills, and Roles:

- Should have good technical knowledge of hardware & networking

- Good hand in data organizing

- Able to resolve technical problems

- Continually update knowledge

- Hardware and software maintenance.

- Installation of software like Operating System, printer drivers, etc.

- Installation of hardware like desktop machines, printers, switches, and routers, etc

- Day to day monitoring

- Fixing technical errors.

- Keep Log Details of the facility

- Mailing Installation on system

- Should have good technical knowledge

- Knowledge of MS - Word, MS-Excel

- Website Data & Content Uploading

- Website & Basic HTML Formatting

- Knowledge of Windows 10, 8 operating system

Technical Details:

- Installation, configure email settings and manage MS Office 365 applications

- Email sync- Exchange IMAP, POP3, and G-Suite to Outlook

- Outlook startup issues and freezing

- Outlook Keep asking user password - Desktop and Mobile

- Send and receive emails / Unable to display emails in the folders

- An email on the office PC doesn't show up on your laptop

- MS Outlook working on offline

- Microsoft OneDrive Share folders with permissions

- Troubleshoot OneDrive issues like sync folders, log-out, etc.

- MS Office License activation issues

- E-mails are stuck in the Outbox folder

- Configuration and manage Skype app - calls, conference, audio settings, and call recording

- To perform recovery operations on MS Office application files and data backups.

- Microsoft word and excel page formatting

- Assist in data publishing and uploading

- Website's Content upload, Manage & reporting

- Installation and troubleshooting of software in the system

- Knowledge on Internet Connectivity bandwidth

- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

- Configure and solve - DHCP, DNS, various network devices and services

- Basic Knowledge of VoIP calls connectivity

- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made

- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations

- Monitor all system alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software

- LAN and WAN experience

- Experience in handling basic networking troubleshooting tools such as ping, ns-lookup, telnet, traceroute, etc.

- Basic knowledge of CAT6 LAN Cable, RJ45 Crimping, CAT6 Color coding
