- Provide world-class customer experience with every interaction

- Engage and empathize with customers to support and resolve technical issues through completion

- Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer interaction

- Support configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms

- Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes

- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues

- Escalate product bugs or unresolvable cases

- Notice trends and report reoccurring problems

- Update Office 365 licenses, subscriptions and user management as necessary

- Share your knowledge with teammates and guide them in the resolution of complex technical problems

- Coordinate and manage the team members to ensure timely resolution of the tasks and enhance the customer experience

- Increase engagement with Office 365

- Enforce a high-quality customer service culture

- Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training

We don't need superheroes, just super minds

- Degree in (business) computer science

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar function

- Willingness to learn and understand Office 365 capabilities, plans, service descriptions and features

- Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, etc.)

- Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including [firewalls, Active Directory].

- Strong Concepts of Networking Administration

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies e.g. AWS, Azure

- Virtual private cloud operations.

- Public cloud operations including :

a) Networking in the cloud

b) Storage and archiving in the cloud.

c) Security, identity, and access management: IAM in the cloud.

d) Deploying workload in the cloud.

e) Workload monitoring in the cloud.

f) Managing resource consumption in the cloud.

g) Configuration management in the cloud.

- Strong system administration (Linux/Unix or Windows) at the command-line level.

- Experience with running and maintaining scripting [PowerShell, Puppet, Chef, etc.].

- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information

- Active Directory

- DNSP

- O365 administration and set up

- Setting up Outlook

- Experience identifying host providers

- Knowledge of O365 Technical Architecture

- Experience in managing a small team of people

- You speak English fluently and worked with European customers successfully
