IT infrastructure Manager - Azure/Cloud Services (10-12 yrs) (Tech-Soul)

Technical/Professional Expertise :

Advanced knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft technologies and services including;

- Microsoft Azure Cloud Services

- Single Sign On (SSO)

- Azure AD

- Office 365 & other suits available in market

- Windows Servers - 2012, 2016 & 2019

- Linux OS - Ubuntu/SUSE/RHEL

- Shell/Perl/Python scripting languages

- IT Infrastructure Architecture

- Broad knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technologies and services;

- MEM/SSPR/MFA & Cloud Management Gateway

- Microsoft Teams, Yammer & Functions

- System Center (SCCM, SCSM)

- Cloud Terminologies - IaaS, PaaS & SaaS, Security & Governance

- Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible automation tools

Knowledge and experience with IT Controls such as;

- ITIL

- CoBIT & COSO

Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE or similar)

- Azure Administrator (AZ103)/Azure Solution Architect (AZ300) & AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

- Project Management Certifications - PMP or PRINCE2

Additional Information :

Rotational shift - either 13:30 - 22:30 hrs IST or 17:00 - 02:00 hrs IST

- Excellent communication & written skill

- Handled international clients - US/UK or Canada

- Experience to organize & manage US resources as well

- Utility experience will be an added advantage
