- Overall 5-7 years of application development out of which 3 years of O365 Experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience on the field of O365 implementation for Enterprises.
- Experience in O365 suite of products such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, MS Flows, Power Apps, Planner, Teams.
- Development using PowerShell scripts for O365 development and migration projects.
- Good knowledge on any source to OneDrive for Business migrations.
- Knowledge on the O365 Admin configurations.
- Advanced PowerShell scripts skills for automating tasks during migration.
- Experience on any of the migration tool (SPMT, Metalogix, ShareGate, Quest, AvePoint)
- Mentor team to take independent responsibility as well as ability to contribute to be a team player
- Work with functional and admin teams to deliver development and migration projects.
- Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
