Advanced System Administrator - Hyper-V/Office 365/Active Directory (4-10 yrs) (ITBD)

Reporting to : Technical Team Lead

Eligibility :

- Experience: >=5+ years of IT or related domain

- Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills such as communication skills, active listening, and customer-care.

Education: Graduate (any stream) preferably in computer science or a related field.

Must Have :

- Good conceptual understanding of Windows architecture

- At-least 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Wintel

- Been into end-user support team for last 2 years Hands-on experience on user administration & management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)

- Willingness to work on Desktops issues (in domain environment)

- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts (no medical situation)

- Hands-on experience for either O365 or VMWare/Hyper-V or Azure

Nice To Have :

- Desktop experience

- Networking skills (Windows, CISCO)

- Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Backups

- Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Firewalls

- MCSE or CCNA or A+ certification

- VMWare or AWS or Azure certified
