Designation : Sr. Software Developer (Gruber)

Company Profile: Cloud advisory, cloud management services, MS Dynamics 365, custom application development & support; e-Governance services, web development along with hosting and digital marketing.

Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification: No bar for qualification/certification, anyone can apply who may fit the Skill requirements

Experience: 5-7 years

Job Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Working days: 5 days

Salary: INR 50,000 - 65000

Summary :

The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for creating of software solutions that take into consideration all aspects of application such as development, architecture design including - performance, scalability, coding, caching, security, encryption, error logging and testing. The selected person is responsible for participating in / leading an existing team of developers AND writing impeccable code to deliver reliable software solutions as per committed timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Person has strong technical analysis skill with good project planning capabilities.

- Gather and analyse system requirements and design solutions to that meets the specified requirements

- Translate system requirements to clear development specifications for junior programmers

- Create documentation, technical diagram as well as project reports.

- Take a product/project through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation and support

- Implement all aspects of an application design - high performance design, coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration, and testing

- Continue further enhancing knowledge and stay up to date with latest development concepts and standards

- Acquire required technical skills and certifications

Management Responsibilities :

- Must have strong and effective inter-personal & communication skills to be able to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.

- Shall be ready to drive presentations for customer or client audiences or professional peers.

- Shall lead team of developers to ensure timely delivery of specific projects, assist and help them overcome their limitations.

- Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management

- Must have strong experience with Node.js OR Mean stack OR Mern stack

- Highly skilled JavaScript and Typescript developer using VUE.js.

- Good Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

- Demonstrated expertise with HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive Web Design

- Understanding of document description languages such as JSON and XML

- Good Communication Skill

- Time Flexibility

- Excellent in problem solving skills & strong technical analysis ability.

- Working knowledge of SCM with strong emphasis on Git and TFS and proper Git Flow

Non-Mandatory :

- Nice to have knowledge of various services of Azure like Service Bus, Storage etc.

- Nice to have Docker and Azure Kubernetes service

- Nice to have experience in Unit Testing with Sinon.js, Chai.js & Mocha.Js
