MS Exchange Server Administrator - Active Directory/DNS/DHCP (1-5 yrs) (Rojgarlab)

Job Description :

Currently we are hiring for MS Exchange server Admin.

Experience - 2 years

Job location - Noida

Role and Responsibilities :

- Resolving dispatched incident events or fulfilling service request events with remote (where possible and permitted) technician support for desktop service requirements for windows Devices (Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows 8.1.

- Deliver the service including Windows Device Build and Build Maintenance for supported / in scope devices Windows Device Patch Management for Security updates and patches.

- Exchange Support : Centralized Address Book (GAL), Sending/receiving email internally and externally, Group/Shared Mailbox, Resource Mailbox, Distribution and Security Groups, External Contacts, Supported client access i.e,: Outlook, OWA and ActiveSync-, Transport rules and disclaimers, Anti-malware protection, Content rules/policies, Mail track & trace

- Skype for Business Support: Instant Messaging (IM) with colleagues, 1-2-1 audio/video, Multi-party Conference, Desktop/Application sharing, Whiteboarding, External Federation with approved parties

- SharePoint Support: Project Sites and Collaboration (announcements, discussion, documents etc.), Site Mailboxes, - Self-service- provisioning based on DXC defined template, Centralised template management, Customised complex site development/deployment & support (individually funded), DXC initial deployment is based on Project Sites/Templates. Other types of site may be provisioned as we move forward i.e,: Team Sites, Management library of client approved forms/templates

- OneDrive Support: Cloud store, Multi-device access

- Mobility Support Services: Mobility support to Android and iOS devices(configuration support- email/skype etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Good communication skills and ability to represent in global forums.

- Expertise in deploying, configuration and management of enterprise class Exchange environment and willingness to contribute to architecture work.

- Understanding of office 365 Solutions & Migration.

- Troubleshooting Hybrid Rich co-existence issues between on-premise and cloud servers.

- Expertise in Exchange components Unified Messaging, OWA, DLP etc.

- Expertise in building High Availability, DR and BCP Solution for Exchange.

- Good understanding of load-balancers and reverse proxy for Exchange.

- Expertise in integration with Skype for Business and SharePoint.

- Certified Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Networking, PKI and IIS concepts.

- In-depth knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and SMTP.

- Strong technical documentation skills (configuration guide, test plans, uses cases etc.).

- Strong understanding of SMTP relay (IronPort) and Email Hygiene services (Exchange Online Protection, MessageLabs etc.).

- In-depth knowledge on migration from legacy or third party to exchange using Quest or Binary Tree.

- Experience in troubleshooting issues both at the client and server-side issues.

- Handling user creation, user profiles and permissions.

- Automated and executed Office 365 procedures utilizing Windows PowerShell.

- Ability to deliver Proof of Concert / Demo environment with documentation.

- Ability to work in conjunction with other solution architects and engineers- team to create, maintain and publish a set of written procedures and delivery of components.
