Analyst - Disaster Recovery (3-5 yrs) (Talent500)

Essential Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure disaster recovery solutions are prepared, maintained, and excised.

- Convene and manage meetings with exercise participants.

- Develop and maintain metrics and reporting dashboards to communicate program status and risks.

- Analyze and track identified gaps and issues through resolution.

- Analyze and set the Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) for technology.

- Assist in training and awareness initiatives around disaster recovery.

Essential/Technologies :

- Good documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft's Word and Excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to orchestrate meetings with the goal of gathering requirements and gaining consensus between parties

- Working knowledge of data center recovery technologies (network, storage, database, server)

- Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills

- Ability to deliver results while working with remote teams, without direct authority

- Understanding of disaster recovery tools, standards, and best practices

- Ability to periodically work outside of regular business hours to support Disaster Recovery test activities

Good to Have Skills / Technologies :

- ServiceNow experience a plus

- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI), or Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) a plus

- Project Management certification; or equivalent experience a plus
