Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-9 yrs) (Allegis Global Solutions)

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant is a functional specialist with technical skills related to MS D365 Sales and/or Marketing Application.

Qualification :

- 5+ years working experience and consulting expertise in both support area and projects of Microsoft D365 CRM.

- Proven knowledge in the Process Area of CRM Sales and/or Marketing to solve complex business requirements and streamline business processes.

- Extensive experience in configuration, customizing and extending Microsoft D365 CRM Sales and/or Marketing

- System Integration skills with SAP ERP would be an added advantage

- Willingness to familiarize with SAP based interfaces (respectively for master data)

- Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users.
